Biographical Statement: Tuan Nguyen is an associate professor and the former chairperson of the Department of Banking and Finance, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Dalat University, Vietnam. He received his doctorate in finance at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. His research areas of interest include corporate governance, corporate finance, business ethics, and management. He has published research in several international academic journals, including the International Review of Economics and Finance, Economics Modelling, International Review of Financial Analysis, Journal of Business Ethics, Economics Bulletin, Cogent Economics & Finance, Organizations and Markets in Emerging Economies, and Foundations of Management.
