Abstract

This research has additional species Tabret – Xuan tiet (Justicia adhatoda L.) to vegetable resources for local Lam Dong. The nutrients analysis resaults showed that in the leaves of this plan have 15 aminoacid kind while have 7 aminoaid not replace; compositions and content of minerals, proteins, total sugar no big diffirence with La bet – species of forest plants have been commercialized in the market.
