Abstract

The standardisation of energy, full width at half maximum and the calculation of peak area have great significance in defining parameters of spectrometry peak. The commercial software performed those works as Genie 2000, Gamma vision… In this article we want to present supplementary algorithms used to Matlab language determining the centroid channel of peak, the full width at half maximum, the selection of peak base channel which are matched by nonlinear backgrounds. The parameters as the variance of method, the error of interpolated value are additionally obtained in analysing spectrum for experimenters that easily check and evaluate these calibration results for which the commercial software not been mentioned.
