Abstract

For prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA), the determination of the efficiency curve of the full energy peak on the whole energy range from 100 keV to lO MeV as well as assessment of error of efficiency on the full energy range are necessary for quantitative analysis of elements components in the samples. The purpose of this article is to determine the efficiency curve of the PGNAA spectrometer by different linear least squares methods, based on the experimental configuration at horizontal Channel N02 of the Dalat Nuclear Research Reactor.
