INCREASING MONEY COLLECTION AND DECREASING EXPENSES WITHIN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

Allocating autonomy to universities has become a turning point in the phase of renovating education management and this is conform to the current development trend of higher education. However, in the process of implementing autonomy within public universities. most departments have been facing various problems, which leads to unsatisfactory results. This article focuses on analyzing difficulties emerging as we are increasing money collection, and decreasing expenses. So, this article aims to suggesting some solutions in both macro and micro scales in order to improve autonomy within public universities.
