This article focused on the resolution of banking credit contract disputes on the basis of 41 judgements of the courts in LamDong province. Research results have show n the problems exist in the trials as well as the state laws regulating the banking credit contract, such as the repayment of interests, authorization issues involved in the proceedings, collateral for loans and other issues. We propose solutions to improve the law and the trial of court.Metrics
