From the beginning of 1975, the situation in the South of Vietnam occurred quickly and surprisingly. Highlands, Tri - Thien Hue, Da Nang and a series of important strategic locations along the central coastal provinces in turn are liberated quickly. The Saigon Government after "alliances fleeing" has been collapsed completely. This is a favorable opportunity to implement the policy for liberating islands, especially the Spratly Islands and the coastal islands.Metrics
