Seeds of Camellia dilinhsinensis and Camellia piquetiana 10, 20, 30, 60 and 90 days old were sterilized by calcium hypochlorite 5% solution for 10 min, the sterillization was replicated and cultured on a haft strength MS medium supplemented with 30g/l sucrose, 8g/l agar, lg/l activated charcoal and 1mg/l BA. On day sixty, the rate of germination were found the highest on the seed 30 days old. The seedling were cut and transferred to WPM medium supplemented with 30g/l sucrose, 8g/l agar, 1g/l activated charcoal and the combination of pant growth regulators were 2 mg/l BA, 0.2 mg/l NAA. On day sixty, the number of shoots of species Camellia piquetiana were higher than number of shoot of species Camellia dilinhsinensis.Metrics
