[1] Open access publication: All articles published by the Dalat University Journal of Science are universally and freely accessible via the Internet immediately upon publication, in an easily readable format, without subscription charges or registration barriers. As authors of articles published in the DLU-JOS, you are the copyright holders of your articles and you have granted to any third party, in advance and in perpetuity, the right to use, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon your article in any medium or format, given that the users provide attribution to the creator when the material is used and shared, and the noncommercial term is complied with, according to the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

[2] Global visibility and permanent digital preservation for your research: The Dalat University Journal of Science is indexed in international indexing services, including DOAJACIPKP|IndexGoogle ScholarBase, and WorldCat. This allows maximum visibility of articles published in the Dalat University Journal of Science since these articles are available to a wide, local and global audience. In addition, the full text of all articles published in the Dalat University Journal of Science is deposited in the Public Knowledge Project’s Private LOCKSS Network (PKP-PLN) to guarantee long-term digital preservation.

[4] High-quality peer-review service: The Dalat University Journal of Science operates a double-blind peer-review system, in which the reviewers do not know the names or affiliations of the authors, and the reviewer reports provided to the authors remain anonymous. All submissions to the Dalat University Journal of Science are assessed by a Section Editor, who will decide whether they are suitable for peer review. Submissions felt to be suitable for consideration will be sent for peer review by at least one independent external expert in the field who is not part of the Dalat University Journal of Science’s Editorial Board. The Section Editor will make a decision based on the reviewers’ reports, which is subject to endorsement by the Editor-in-Chief. Authors should note that even in light of one positive report, concerns raised by another reviewer may fundamentally undermine the study and result in the manuscript being rejected.

[5] Fast publication: The Dalat University Journal of Science offers a fast publication schedule whilst maintaining rigorous peer review. The average turnaround time is about three months.
